DIABETES AWARENESS WEEK

As part of Diabetes Awareness Week the Belize Medical Associates administered Free Blood Sugar Testing from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Friday November 13^th, 2009.

Belizeans were tested for High Blood Sugar and subsequently educated about the dangers of Diabetes in Belize.

Belize Medical Associates recognizes the importance of the detection and prevention of Diabetes and plan to continue the dissemination of this information for the betterment of Belize and Belizeans.
