* Why does my child snore and sleeps with his mouth open?

Because he has an obstruction of the airway, secondary to enlarge adernoids or turbinate hypertrophy and also with tonsillar hypertrophy.  And, because of this he does not have an adequate airflow due to the obstruction.

* After a tonsillectomy will I have throat infections?

Yes, you can still present with infections but they won't be as severe as before.

* After a Lympanie Membrane Rupture will I be able to hear eventually?

There exists both possibility of hearing and not hearing only depends on the damage cause by the rupture to the middle or inner ear, but, if it is only the membrane thew it should seal in 6 weeks time without any complications.
